Sally Gardner ‘in conversation with’ Kent SLA Chair Stephen King
The Kent School Library Association (SLA) are offering members and non-members the opportunity to hear Sally Gardner ‘in conversation with’ Kent SLA Chair Stephen King, discussing her novels, her experiences as an author, and the challenges of dyslexia.
This free event will take place at The Duke of York’s Royal Military School, Dover on Thursday 9th November 2017, from 5 – 6:30 pm
Sally Gardner is author of I,Coriander, The Red Necklace, The Silver Blade, and many more titles. Her recent Carnegie Medal and Costa Award winning novel Maggot Moon is published in ‘Dyslexie’ font.
Refreshments will be provided, and the evening will end with a Q & A session from the audience. Sally’s books will be on sale and she is happy to sign them!
